Route & Itinerary

Below is an outline of the route plan and itinerary for the pilgrimage. We will be going from St Columba's Cathedral to St. Columba's Abbey - taking the relics in procession as we go. Along the way, we will be stopping to pray at various Holy sites on the Isle of Mull.

1300     Pilgrim's Ferry to Iona

1400     Holy Mass at Iona Nunnery

1800     Procession to Iona Abbey

1630     Conclusion of Pilgrimage

1900     Ceilidh

Day 4

Iona: Pilgrim's Rest

Pilgrims are free to remain on the island if they wish for longer, but for most of us, this will be our journey home.
